Enquiries
When an enquiry is received
I review the request and offer a time and cost estimate for completion. To do this a sample of the work is usually required.
Editing
When requested to proceed I will begin editing. Should any significant questions arise I'll contact you to ensure
my work is in line with your intention. Once work is complete you will receive an updated version of your document with my
suggestions for improvement; this is usually in the format of a Word document with "Track Changes" highlighted
for your acceptance or rejection. Accompanying this I will send a style sheet documenting the standards used during the
editing process (e.g. British or US English, number formatting, etc.). I prefer to work via email and with electronic documents,
but can accommodate paper copy where necessary.
Payment
When work is complete I will send an electronic
invoice for payment within 30 days. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
